Progressive Leadership

Woman Leadership

A Contribution to Progress in The World

In this blog I wish to present some of the more dynamic websites and addresses on the social media that deal explicitly with the potential social and economic progress through female leadership and power, in a world where most women are still struggling to gain equal rights and opportunities, including the Western world. Through a few examples, out of many, I will try my best to present the platforms that help promote more female leadership, through responsibility and power, across all sectors of society.
One that is open to men also, indeed some men are supporting most of these platforms or fora mentioned here, and the one I personally can recommend for its inclusiveness is Sheworx.

Sheworx can be found on Twitter at @sheworx and on the Internet, just go to sheworx.  This site offers solid networking to help and promote female entrepreneurs, changemakers, across sectors and aims at redefining leadership in the world.

A strong and path-breaking forum for women entrepreneurs and career women is Taketheleadwomen. This dynamic network prepares, develops, inspires and promotes women to take their fair share of opportunities and responsibilities across all kinds of organisations. The network offers something remarkably renewing, namely to bring its leadership training programmes to the respective business or public organisation.  It can be found on Twitter at @taketheleadwomen and on the Internet: http://www.taketheleadwomen.com.
Finally, out of many both English and Spanish speaking networking platforms on the social media, I can clearly recommend Womanleadernet. This can be found on Twitter at @womanleadernet.
So whether you are supporting more inspiring, progressive and dynamic leadership in all organisations or you are a woman looking for strong, international network to help you forward in your career, this network seems to be just the right one.

All of the above networks and many more on the Internet inspire both men and women to look at leadership and power relations in a different, and in my view, more progressive and inclusive way. Let us all hope the change in leadership towards more inclusivity can create a better and more harmonious world. The world needs progressive change to judge by how things are going currently and I for one hold the firm view that more women in high positions can contribute just that - a better and more equal world.
Thank you for you interest.
Best Wishes,
