Inspiration in the Early Spring

More on Inspiration

This perspective really belongs to my page Inspiration as part of a wider analysis. Instead I have chosen to divide it up into shorter contributions on this blog and perhaps later gather them all in one large article. The most important thing is to start the series as mentioned in my previous blog post and say a few words on this 29 February of the leap year 2016.
The coast of Denmark, early spring.

I have written elsewhere on this site that inspiration has to be sought, it does not appear out of the blue. When I say that I now have a project, well, it means that I have searched for it among people I have met and places I have seen and highly cherished. The pictures in this post say it all. After a rather long period of reflection and travel, the time has come to get started with a new novel. As already mentioned in the previous blog post, this time I intend to share some of the experiences of my writing process and perhaps even some of the passages of my next novel with readers. I therefore hope to see you then and hear from you when the time comes. Good luck to you and enjoy the early spring, maybe you will find some inspiration out there.

New Project

Blogging and Writing

The time has come for me to embark on a new literary project this coming spring. I have now published my novels both as ebooks and printed books and am currently working on a series of blogs on literature and inspiration while I write on the next novel. I will share the details about the coming book with you during the writing process - a new approach for me while working on a project.

Expectations can sometimes be high for a new project - editorial team.
This blog will be the central forum for posting my articles, but I will upload the blogs on to Google+ and Goodreads where I have accounts as well. You can find the links on the right side. Finally, I am pondering new forums for posting, but more about this later.

Keep an eye out for my next project! LOL
All the very best.

A River Flows: now in two formats

A River Flows

My first novel is now available as both an ebook and a printed book. Both formats have been joined on the same page on Amazon. Just click on the following link: A River Flows.
An intense thriller
An intense thriller
The novel, just like Remembrance Day, will also appear on other book sites, available in both formats. I hope you will appreciate my novel and you are of course welcome to get back to me with your feedback or general comments. Thank you.
From the back cover:
A River Flows is a psychological crime thriller set in contemporary Europe.  Ernst Reuter, a Ph.D student leading a quiet steady life, suddenly finds himself entangled in a mysterious abduction case that soon develops into a murder investigation. The victim is no other than a close friend, a political activist under police observation. Matters get dangerously complicated, when Ernst, not trusting the local police, decides to seek outside assistance to help him investigate the murder case. An old friend leads him to a European detective bureau that helps him investigate what gradually turns out to be more than a simple murder case. Slowly Ernst discovers a putrid world of prostitution and people smuggling, but he also finds new friendships and outstanding courage. In the dramatic course of events, he slowly discovers a hidden, unknown side of himself.

A River Flows: now in print

My first novel is now in print

A River Flows, an intense psychological thriller, and my first novel, is now also available in print on: A River Flows.
An intense thriller

Soon the printed version will be available on Amazon and other sites and, a few days later, I will have the two versions of the novel joined on the same page, just like I had with Remembrance Day.
I will of course return on this blog with a new message as soon as the pages are joined and both the kindle version and the printed novel appear side by side.
All the best,
Steen Alexander
